This saucepan is compatible with gas, electric and induction stoves and is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it features a built-in spout and strainer plus interior volume measurement markings. It can be popped into the dishwasher for quick cleaning, but hand washing is recommended for extended product life.
